WHAT
Aikido is not an art to defeat an opponent while combatting, but to suppress the violence of an opponent.

It is not intended to wound or take the life of an opponent.
It is suitable for today where we cherish human life.
This is also the reason why Aikido is called the Art of Harmony.
Aikido is a martial art used to suppress an opponent with one mighty blow, but can also have elegant and natural movement .
It doesn't require muscle and anybody can practice if they have the motivation to learn.

Beginners are welcome!

Please come with sports clothes (sweatpants and sweatshirt or T-shirt are fine).

Please bring something to drink in case you become dehydrated.

Come and visit and watch a class if you'd like. Please note that sometimes lessons might be cancelled due to personal reasons, so please call in advance.
